RIGHT BACK UP
Over the summer I began practicing balance in various ways. The bench routine has been my favorite so far. Initially i was unable to traverse just one bench but quickly got adjusted to the challenge. Two days ago I decided to get a little practice in even though there was a slight drizzle. Big mistake. I slipped and went backwards in dramatic fashion. I hit the bench hard but fortunately nothing was broken. I took yesterday off because I was feeling sore but decided to get Right Back Up today.
